Starting to get serious with your running and ready to break the iconic 40 minutes for the 10k?  We can help.  With five trainings per week and the perfect mix of workouts, you will watch yourself going from hobbyist to dedicated runner.  When you’re standing on the start line you will be confident and ready to set your personal record.  Mileage is roughly high 40′s to 50 miles a week.

One of our most elite programs, the 34 minute 10k program will put you in the front pack with the best of the bunch.  Breaking 34 minutes is no easy feat and we’ve provided you everything we know to help you get there.  We know this is a difficult program but if you have the will and the determination you can do it.  This is entering prize money territory, and for 10 bucks we think this is well worth it every shiny penny.  Be prepared for seven to nine trainings per week with two hard workouts.  Mileage varies from 60 miles to 70 miles per week.
