They say that less than 2% of marathon runners finish under 3 hours.  If you want to be apart of this select minority, our 3-hour marathon program will get you there.  The program is designed with a mix of long endurance runs and workouts to improve lactate threshold and VO2max.  These workouts and long runs are almost identical to the ones we use as elite runners.  There are three key workouts to your success; a 25k progressive run and two 30k progressive runs.  In order to conquer these tough runs you need the best types of trainings.  We’re here to help you along the way.  Good luck on your quest to be at the top of your running game.

Our most serious program to date.  The 2:45 marathon program is not for everybody. This program has almost identical workouts and long runs to what elite runners are using today.  If you think you have what it takes, we will help you every step of the way. Mileage hovers around 80 miles per week with 2 hard workouts and 2 long runs a week. The key workouts are the 25k progressive run and two 30k progressive runs.  Some coaches would charge hundreds if not thousands for this magnitude of a program.  We feel it doesn’t need to be this expensive to run this fast.
